These watermarks protect you from people that want to steal your photos. I think it's a good idea to have a watermark when it protects you. For the logo, I like cursive letters so I wanted to use them. I like both of them on my photos I don't think it exactly ruins the photo. I will use watermarking for most of my photographs.
